Must Monday:

Step Brothers (2008)

Let’s go back one of the most Hilarious movies of the 2000’s, Step Brothers. Step Brothers stars Will Ferrell and John C. Reilly as new Step Brothers to each other and their chemistry and screen time is nothing but entertainingly hysterical to watch! Will Ferrell plays Brennan who’s mother is about to marry the father of John C. Reilly, the funny part is that they’re both 40 years old and they always act like they’re kids, especially when it comes to not liking each other in the beginning and then all of a sudden “Did we just become Best Friends?!”, “YUP!” This has definitely always been a Must Watch and a movie that you can watch every single day and never get bored or tired of watching! 😂

Terrible Tuesday:

Shrek Forever After (2010)

What’s better than going back to an animated franchise that was also popular back in the 2000’s BUT what’s worse than going back to the movie in that franchise that was the worst of them all? That’s right, Shrek 4Ever After was awful in so many ways, even though it released in 2010, it’s sort of like watching a DC Flashpoint or ‘Spider Man: No Way Home’ type of movie when you’re in the process of trying to go back to the old days or prevent bad things from happening and in this case scenario, Shrek gets tired of not being scary to villagers anymore so he unfortunately runs into Rumplestiltskin who evilly convinces him to sign a form that will give him a day of going back to being the Ogre he used to be, but it’s really a paper that makes it his last day when he finds out the day he gives turns out that nothing for him ever happened, so he has to find a way to fall in love with Fiona so he can save his and everyone else’s life. There’s honestly no point in this movie when it only revolves around Shrek and not even the original characters, only alternate characters from another timeline, the same way they brought back Willem Dafoe’s Green Goblin, Alfred Molina’s Doc-Ock, and Jamie Foxx’s Electro from an alternate timeline.

Wild Wednesday:

Joy Ride (2001)

I was just randomly scrolling through movies on Hulu and I stumbled upon this hidden 2000’s gem, Joy Ride. This movie stars Paul Walker (RIP), Steve Zahn, and Leelee Sobieski in this Wild Suspenseful Thriller! This movie starts off with Paul Walker driving to Colorado to pick up his childhood crush and on the way, he picks up this new car that’s installed with a CB Radio but his problem is that he also has to pick up his brother, Steve Zahn, who’s been arrested again. Luckily the two brothers are able to catch up and get good laugh out of each other, but the two make a huge mistake out of pranking another truck driver and now, not only their lives are at risk, but Paul Walker’s crush is at risk when they pick her up and the pranked trucker, Rusty Nails, is after them in an attempt to get revenge.

Throwback Thursday:

Spider Man 2 (2004)

What’s better than going back to one of the best Marvel movies ever made, even though the name ‘Doctor Strange’ was already taken? That’s right, Spider Man 2! Don’t get me wrong, ‘Spider Man: No Way Home’ was outstanding, but no other Spider Man film was ever able to top this one in the franchise! This movie literally delivers everything an audience can ask for in terms of actors, props like Doc-Ock’s tentacles and the reactor, and all other stunt-action sequences performed just look so realistic! Honestly, it’s so hard to find an actor who can top the work of Alfred Molina’s Dr. Octopus and the chemistry between Tobey Maguire and JK’s Mr. Jameson is just entertainingly hysterical to watch, no matter if they’re in his office or attending a party!😂🕷

Forest Friday:

Prey (2022)

For a prequel of a very popular monster franchise, this movie didn’t have as much as I was expecting. For a prequel that takes place about 300 years ago and supposed to tell the story of how Predators came to the planet, it gets kind of confusing when you’re hearing and seeing different perspectives from people and the fact that Predator isn’t fully seen until the end of the movie and is invisible for most of the movie doesn’t really add in or make sense for the movies that take place after it. If you want to check it out, it’s currently streaming on Hulu

Stateful Saturday:

Enemy Of The State (1998)

This is another one of those movies that deliver everything you can ask for in a non-stop crime thriller! Along with an amazing cast that consist of Will Smith, Gene Hackman, Jon Voight, Lisa Bonet, Jack Black, Jason Lee and so many more. In this amazing thriller, Jon Voight plays National Security official who sets up a murder on a congressman and then a lawyer’s, Will Smith, live comes at risk when he accidentally and unknowingly gets his hands on the tape that streams the murder. He has no other choice but to figure out a way to not only save his own life, but his wife and son’s life so an ex-intelligence agent, Gene Hackman, steps in to save his life and help prove his innocence! Definitely a great flick to check out whenever you get a chance!

Sequel Sunday:

Rambo: Last Blood (2019)

OK, don’t get me wrong here but what was even the main point of this pointless sequel? I mean don’t you ever think “I think the last one had the perfect ending so there’s no need for a sequel”? Rambo V just proves that Stallone’s John Rambo has been living his own life in Bowie, Arizona since after the events of Rambo (2008) which takes place 11 years later. He lives with his old friend and his adopted niece, but is forced back out of retirement to save his niece after she heads to Mexico to discover that her biological father is still alive, but her life then gets in danger when she discovers he’s a very bad man, so Rambo heads over to try saving her life. This movie goes the same way, all pointless sequels go.

Hope you Enjoy!!!!

More to Come!!!!
