Hope You All Enjoy These Flicks of the Week!

Must Monday:

Moneyball (2011)

You guys might be wondering why this is a MUST and I'm telling you all that this movie is no joke! It's absolutely an Inspiring and Amazing True Story of how the General Manager of the Oakland Athletic's, Billy Beane, phenomenally portrayed by Brad Pitt, found himself in a tight money spot and had no choice but to team up economics graduate, played by Jonah Hill, in hopes and an attempt to reinvent the Baseball team with signing up players, one of them being Scott Hatteberg, played by Chris Pratt! This movie is a Great True Story and a Flick you MUST not skip over! Currently Streaming on Netflix

Terrible Tuesday:

The Midnight Meat Train (2008)

You ever heard of those Flicks that have ongoing and boring Storylines, that's exactly what this one carries. In this one, we see Bradley Cooper as a photographer who is struggling but finds himself in an interaction with a bloody killer and train hunter searching for his prey which starts to put Cooper's character and his girlfriend, Leslie Bibb, in a scary predicament. Overall, this movie was boring and the Storyline was not well-done. Just a TERRIBLE Flick to Check Out! Currently Streaming on

Amazon Prime Video

War Wednesday:

Thank You For Your Service (2017)

I know you all might be starting to become a little more familiar with the

"War Wednesday" Flicks but it will occasionally change but this week, I checked out this Phenomenal War Flick that follows this team of Soldiers who are suffering from Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) in their own ways. Miles Teller does an incredible job portraying a soldier who's trying to regain his civilian life back and what's amazing about this movie is that it follows real-life events that also talk about the actual life experience that our veterans face, especially when they serve in Iraq, which is what and where this movie followed. Definitely a great WAR Flick to Check Out! Currently Streaming on Netflix

Throwback Thursday:

LA Confidential (1997)

For those of you who are into the classic Flicks of this time, this goes right into the Category of Jackie Brown! This movie is so phenomenal and classic to watch as we see a team of Los Angeles Police Officers in the 1950's investigating a murder in a Coffee Shop. This movie does great in the Storyline with amazing Plot Twists along with great casting that consists of Iron Man 2's Guy Pearce, Russell Crowe, Danny Devito, James Cromwell. Definitely a Great THROWBACK to Check Out! Currently Streaming on Netflix

Funny Friday:

Dumb and Dumber (1994)

Now I'm sure we can all agree that this is another Classic Comedic Flick that is hard to skip over and that we've all seen as it stars our favorite Actors of the time, Jim Carrey and Jeff Daniels as Lloyd Christmas and Harry Dunn! This movie is so funny and entertaining to watch with such great chemistry between the two of them and other characters in the movie, especially with hilarious scenes that will make you laugh all the way through! This is such a FUNNY Flick to Check Out if you haven't already! Currently Streaming on Netflix

Space Sunday:

Spaceman (2024)

Suspenseful Sunday:

Dying of the Light (2014)

Now this is one of those movies that don't appear to be as popular to many people and for those of you who don't know, Nicolas Cage is one of my favorite actors and his performance in this movie is incredible! This one follows his further adventures as former CIA Agent but must get back into the game when his former enemy gets back into his life! This movie contains great dialogue along with stunt sequences and a great Storyline with some awesome and SUSPENSEFUL Moments and Plot Twists! Definitely a Great Flick to Check Out! Currently Streaming on Amazon Prime Video
