Hope You All Enjoy These Flicks Of The Week!
Must Monday:
Captain Phillips (2013)

Out of all Biopics, this is absolutely one amazing piece of work that tells the inspiring true story of Captain Phillips and the hijacking of the Maersk Alabama in 2009! Tom Hanks portrayal of this true Captain is absolutely Phenomenal and Outstanding of a job in taking the role of a Hero who fought to keep his crew safe against Somali Pirates! Definitely an Inspiring True Story you MUST Check Out! Currently Streaming on Netflix
Terrible Tuesday:
The Fanatic (2019)

Ok, I understand that it’s finally come to that point where it’s time to stop checking out these cheap movies but I decided to give it a watch, even though I already knew it was going to be TERRIBLE. This movie stars John Travolta as this autistic and obsessive movie fan of this actor but becomes extremely crazy over missing his chance get an autograph. The more time and chances he gets, the more violent he becomes to commit these insane crimes and acts. Overall, hectic and awful Storyline. Currently Streaming on
Amazon Prime Video
Wild Wednesday:
The Prince (2014)

Maybe this movie doesn’t sound so WILD but it actually looks it when you watch it! The Lost Boys’s Jason Patric comes into action when his daughter is kidnapped so he must use one her friends to help him navigate through town to make it through every obstacle and take down anybody that gets in his way! This movie’s Storyline is very good along with great dialogue and casting consisting of Bruce Willis🙏, John Cusack and 50 Cent! Definitely a Great Flick to Check Out! Currently Streaming on
Amazon Prime Video
Throwback Thursday:
Batman Returns (1992)

This is another one that I know I did a review for a while back but Christmas is coming very soon so why not give it another watch? To be honest, Michael Keaton did a good job as Batman but after watching this one, I wasn’t really as impressed as I was after watching the first one. This time it follows the further adventures of Bruce Wayne and his bond with Catwoman/Selina Kyle, played by Michelle Pfeiffer, and his foe, The Penguin, played by Danny Devito. The Storyline was good but the fight scenes weren’t really done in the best way. There’s no doubt that Devito did a great job playing the villain alongside Christopher Walken with a decent Storyline but it could’ve done better. Definitely a THROWBACK of a Flick that would be good Check Out close to Christmas. Currently Streaming on MAX
Funny Friday:
Old Dads (2023)

For those of you who need to get some good laughs at, this is definitely the Flick to Check Out as it stars Bill Burr, Bobby Cannavale, Spider Man Homecoming’s Bokeem Woodbine, Diary of a Wimpy Kid and Hangover’s Rachael Harris and more! Burr, Cannavale and Woodbine play these older fathers who get brought closer together when they try to make their own lives better along with their wives and kids. This movie has a hilarious Storyline and hysterically FUNNY moments that you’ll be laughing non-stop! Definitely a Flick to Check Out! Currently Streaming on
Netflix (Netflix Original)
Scary Saturday:
Leave The World Behind (2023)

For a movie that closely follows the end of the world, it’s an absolute flop! This new gem stars Ethan Hawk, Julia Roberts and Mahersala Ali in this Thriller that follows a family who chooses to take a Vacation to Long Island but soon finds their trip to be a hellhole when a disastrous war occurs with unbelievably SCARY insane chaos hits the streets everywhere close by! The Storyline is very weird and confusing consisting on pointless which is what makes this movie not worth a Watch. Currently Streaming on
Netflix (Netflix Original)
Super Sunday:
Blue Beetle (2023)

I know it’s a little late for this review😂 but I just had to Check it out now that it just came to Streaming! I have to say for the first official movie as part of James Gunn’s DCU, it was SUPER awesome, especially now that we’re seeing Xolo Maridueña gain more popularity since his debut in Cobra Kai! His portrayal of this iconic DC Superhero along with a great Storyline that goes briefly deeper with his background! This movie contains amazing graphics and outstanding fight sequences along with good stunt coordination and casting, especially George Lopez, Susan Sarandon and other familiar faces!Definitely a Great Flick to Check Out! Currently Streaming on MAX
