Throughout the years, we’ve gotten so many Batman movies and TV shows starting off with Adam West back in 1966.
The list in order:
Batman (1966):
Adam West
Batman (1989) and Batman Returns (1992):
Michael Keaton Batman Forever (1995):
Val Kilmer
Batman and Robin (1997):
George Clooney
The Dark Knight Trilogy (2005, 2008, 2012):
Christian Bale
Gotham (2014-2019):
David Mamouz
Batman vs. Superman: Dawn of Justice (2016) and Justice League (2017):
Ben Affleck
The Batman (2022):
Robert Pattinson
All these actors crushed the role of the Dark Knight, but if Batman was to be made into another movie series or TV show, this would definitely be the best cast.
Jon Hamm as Batman/Bruce Wayne
What’s better than trying to find the right role to play the caped crusader. Jon Hamm is an outstanding actor who won an Emmy back in 2015 for Outstanding Leading Actor in a Drama series, and he’s best known for his roles as Don Draper in Mad Men, Buddy in Baby Driver, FBI agent in the town, J.B. Bernstein in Million Dollar Arm, and Mason Skiles in Beirut. He was actually offered the role of Batman back in 2016 along with Josh Brolin but they both turned it down, but he should definitely put the cowl on in the future because he would immediately crush the role!
David Mamouz as Robin/Damian Wayne
Your only task here is to find one teen who’s fits the role of Boy-Wonder. Seriously, David Mamouz is best well-known for his role as a young Bruce Wayne in the show Gotham (2014-2019), and this got him to rise to popularity since he hasn’t had a lot of movies or TV shows. It’s so simple to choose this actor after watching the fight sequences of him, especially during the fight with Jerome (Joker). This is an actor who has it in him to take leadership in his role as Robin and use his techniques he learned from the League of Assassins.
Andrew Garfield as Nightwing/Dick Grayson
To be honest, it was kind of difficult trying to find the right actor for this one. Think about it, there are so many young 20 year olds who you can give this role to but you have to find an actor who knows how to fight. Andrew Garfield is a great actor best known for his role as Spider Man in the Amazing Spider Man 1 and 2 and Desmond T. Doss in Hacksaw Ridge (2012), and he killed both these roles. In other words, watching him take these types of roles immediately proves he’s ready to take on any fight, no matter how big the circumstances or the enemy are.
Emma Stone as Batgirl/Barbara Gordon
Emma Stone is an amazing actress who’s best known for her roles as Gwen Stacy in the Amazing Spider Man 1 and 2, Wichita in Zombieland 1 and 2, Cruella, and Mia in La La Land. She’s one of the best actresses in Hollywood right now, and she has to start getting put into more serious roles, when I say serious, I mean actual roles that involve a hell of a lot more fights, persuasions, and techniques that involve working with hacking. Gwen Stacy was able to assist Peter when he needed help with OSCORP and she was right there to help get all the information he needed, and she was also able to kind of help him out during the fight with Electro and the Green Goblin, this is the Batgirl we need!
Dacre Montgomery as Robin Hood/Jason Todd
Dacre Montgomery is another actor who’s not really known for a lot of good movies other than the roles of the Red Ranger/Jason Lee Scott in Power Rangers (2017) and Billy Hargrove in Stranger Things. This is also another actor who I had trouble finding the right role for, but knowing the fact that they look alike and he knows how to fight proves that he can definitely play a former Robin who plans to seek revenge on Batman for betraying him and try to take on Gotham City or stay on the Bat-Family.
Olivia Wilde as Catwoman/Selina Kyle
If you’re looking for the right actress to play Catwoman, please choose Olivia Wilde! You need an actress you know will play this role as a woman with no fear, cat-like skills, and knows how to go up against a group of thugs. Olivia Wilde is best known for her roles as Quorra in Tron (2010), Ella Swenson in Cowboys & Alien, Nicole in The Next Three Days, and Suzy Miller in Rush. She may not be a fighter in all of her movies but just enough proves that the chemistry between her and Catwoman proves that she has what it takes to be the next Catwoman.
Bryan Cranston as Commisoner Gordon
There’s nothing easier than finding the right role for Commisioner Gordon. Bryan Cranston is another one of the most best well-known actors in Hollywood right now and he’s crushed every role he’s played in! He’s easily well known for his role as Walter White in Breaking Bad, Robert Mazur in The Infiltrator, Shannon in Drive (2011), Jack O’ Donnell in Argo, and Zordon in Power Rangers (2017). You honestly don’t need much other than energy, courage, and strictness to take on the role of this character.
Pierce Brosnan as Alfred Pennyworth
This is another character you really don’t need much to be other than loyalty and honor. Pierce Brosnan is a well-known who’s best known for his role as 007, Peter Devereaux in The November Man, and most recently his role as Richard Pace in The Misfits. As shown in some movies, Alfred has some energy in him to assist Bruce Wayne whenever he’s in any kind of danger or in need of anymore gadgets, as shown by Jeremy Irons in Batman vs. Superman (2016) and Justice League (2017). Pierce Brosnan is perfect for the role!
